We have strong expertise in chemo-enzymatic reactions. We explore all economically relevant opportunities. For chiral products we use the most appropriate approach, either asymmetric synthesis or chiral resolution, including Dynamic Kinetic Resolution.
PCAS has also extensive experience in implementing biocatalytic steps at an industrial scale. PCAS produces a large scale of chiral unnatural aminoacid (8000 L reactor, 900 kg batch size, under cGMP environment). |
