Current share ownership and voting rights – number of shareholders

As of 31st December 2008, the company has been able to identify the number of shareholders as being 2 325 (owners of registered and bearer shares) following a Euroclear survey. As of 31st December 2008, capital allocation was as folllows:

Employees hold a 1.15% stake in capital through PCAS SA employee saving funds.

The memorandum and articles of association do not anticipate disclosing of share holdings other than those provided for by law.  

To company knowledge, no other shareholder holds more than a 5% stake in capital or voting rights, directly or indirectly, alone or in conjunction with others.

This table shows that there has not been any significant change in share ownership for the last three years.

According to the memorandum and articles of association, any fully-paid registered share, in the same shareholder name, for at least the last four years, benefits from double voting rights.
