    Christian Moretti is a graduate of Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC - 1969) with an MBA from Columbia Business School (1970) in New York.

    He started his career with Banque Paribas from 1970 to 1980 where he was Director within the investment arm, overseeing 250 industrial investments and later Director of the International Corporate Finance division with Banque Privée de Gestion Financière (1980-82).

    From 1973 to 1983, Christian was also a Full Professor at Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Paris (SupdeCo Paris) teaching Finance, Investment, Banking and Stock Markets.

    In 1982, Christian and his best friend, Henri Blanchet, founded the Dynaction Group which was an early star of the French private equity scene. During these golden years, Dynaction acquired many companies amongst which PCAS and began a recentering of the conglomerate’s activities around Healthcare.

    The premature passing away of Henri in 1995 led to a further restructuration of the group culminating with the merger with PCAS in 2013. Christian remained Chairman of the Board(s). He is Chairman of the board of Quantel and sits on the Supervisory Board of Rubis.

    Christian is originally from Nice and is a keen tennis and golf player.

    A graduate of France’s Ecole Polytechnique, Philippe Delwasse started his career at “Compagnie de Pont-à-Mousson” (Saint Gobain).

    Over the next 30 years, he then held numerous management functions in the Paribas Group, first in the Industrial Affairs of the Bank, then as the Manager and General Secretary of “Nord Est”, a diversified industrial holding managing a turnover of over a billion euros.

    He joined PCAS in 2006 as a Managing Director, and is PCAS's Vice President since 2011.

  • Denery Fenouil

    Mr. Denery Fenouil received his Master Of Science from Université de Nice-Sophia Antipolis in 1995.

    He worked for IBM and Atos in the following areas: software development, networking and IT security.

    In 2003, Denery Fenouil creates QuantHouse with two friends. This company provides low-latency market data to High Frequency Trading firms. In 2012, QuantHouse is acquired by McGraw Hill Financial where Denery takes the position of Regional Head Of Technology – EMEA at S&P Capital IQ.

    Also, Denery Fenouil used to teach various IT disciplines at Centre National des Arts et Métiers and Université de Nice-Sophia Antipolis.

    In 2013 he joins the board of directors at PCAS.

  • Jean-Robert Kervarec

    Mr Jean-Robert Kervarec is a graduate engineer from the Conservatoire des Arts et Métiers(1973).

    He worked within Cryo Diffusion from1973 to 1980 as an R & D engineer then as Technical Manager.

    From 1981 to 1983, within the Société Européenne de Propulsion,he served as Launching Manager on the Ariane 1 and 3 program.

    He joined Cryo Diffusion in 1983 as a Managing Director and then in 1985 as CEO. He left the Company in 2006.

  • Jacqueline Lecourtier

    Jacqueline Lecourtier has an engineer degree of  the « Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Chimiques » of Nancy and  a PhD in  physics from  the University Pierre et Marie Curie (Paris VI). She began her career as a researcher at CNRS, a position held for 8 years. Then Shejoined IFPEN in 1981, where she spent most of her career dealing with chemicals and materials for drilling and production techniques for oil fields. In 2001, she became IFPEN Scientific Director and in 2006, she left IFPEN to become General Manager of the French National Research Agency. Since 2012 she is a consultant in green chemistry and environmental fields.

  • Caroline Millot

    A graduate of the French Financial Analysts Society, Caroline was a documentalist at Eurofinance, from 1970 to 1974.

    At Detroyat Associés, leading independent investment research firm, from 1974 to 1997, Caroline worked as a financial analyst, and general manager.

    At l’Oréal, world leader in cosmetics, she was an Investors Relations manager, from 1997 to 2010.

    Member of the board of Renaissance Europe.

  • Alain de Salaberry

    Alain de Salaberry is the CEO of the QUANTEL Group, a manufacturer of solid state lasers for industrial and medical applications. QUANTEL is publicly traded on Euronext, has 300 employees including 60 in the US and achieved Sales of €50M in 2014.

    Before establishing  the QUANTEL Group in 1993, he was managing his own startup company developing home automation products. He had previously held various positions with ALCATEL as well as with the PARIBAS bank. He is a graduate from Ecole Polytechnique in France
