Metal Acetylacetonates (ACACs)

With over 20 years' experience and technical expertise, PCAS has developed over thirty organometallic formulations for the surface treatment of glass.

With a range of over 10 products in routine production, in powder or solution form, the simple or modified acetylacetonates suit the most specific applications of glass manufacturers. Particularly adapted to Spray Pyrolisis Deposit technology, these products can also be enhanced and applied by CVD technology.

Besides providing coloring and aesthetic effects to the glass, thin film deposit of PCAS organometallics helps to:

  • Optimize sun screening
  • Increase resistance to abrasion and scratches
