PCAS develops and synthesizes products dedicated to thin-film depositions both on flat glass for the automotive and construction industries and on bottles for the cosmetic and perfume industries.

PCAS has over thirty years experience on surface treatment and notably on glass by organometallic and Sol-Gel deposition.

PCAS can offer a wide range of organometallic precursors for a large variety of applications among others PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) and CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition).

The Sol-Gel process enables the deposition of inorganic or hybrid films and can be used for the treatment of surfaces that could not be treated by other techniques such as PVD or CVD. This is typically the case when the treatment of the inner surface of a bottle is required, as illustrated on the photograph shown on the right.
