Chairman of the Competitiveness Committee of UIC (Trade Professional of Chemical Industries) and member of the Strategic Committee of the French Chemical Industry
Magister in Chemistry at ENS (Ecole Normale Supérieure) and Ph.D in solid-state physics

VINCENT MILHAU

Joined Seqens in 2010
Became Novacap CFO in July 2016 after 7 years within the Group as M&A and Strategy Director
Prior to that, 9 years within PwC Transaction Services including 2 years in the New York practice, serving both strategic and financial investors
Graduate of EM LYON (Finance track) and French Chartered Accountant (Diplôme d’Expertise Comptable)

Member of the Management board, he was previously CFO of the group from 2009 to 2014 ;
Prior to that, he served as CFO of one of the French subsidiaries of Danaher from 1992 to 2007 and as CFO at Lamberet from 2007 to 2009
Graduated in Finance from the Angers Business School

VANESSA MICHOUD

Joined Seqens in 2010
Previously Legal Manager of Porcher Industries for 4 years
Prior to that, over 20 years legal and tax experience in different area as lawyer and counsel in bank, health, digital and industry
Master’s Degree in international tax law from University Sorbonne – Paris I

JACQUELINE LECOURTIER

Jacqueline Lecourtier has an engineer degree of the « Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Chimiques » of Nancy and a PhD in physics from the University Pierre et Marie Curie (Paris VI). She began her career as a researcher at CNRS, a position held for 8 years. Then Shejoined IFPEN in 1981, where she spent most of her career dealing with chemicals and materials for drilling and production techniques for oil fields. In 2001, she became IFPEN Scientific Director and in 2006, she left IFPEN to become General Manager of the French National Research Agency. Since 2012 she is a consultant in green chemistry and environmental fields.
